The Get S#it Done Generator is provided by Luisa Baltazar Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Portugal with tax identification number 514433523 (referred to here as "we", "us" or "our"). You can reach us at hi@luisabaltazar.com.
The Generator is a paid digital tool. It asks you questions about a situation you are facing, in writing or by voice, and uses your answers to produce written reflections, a decision canvas, next steps and a keepsake Vision Board file you can download. It is a structured thinking aid, not a service delivered by a person, and it does not include coaching, consulting or advice from us.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy or use the Generator. By purchasing, you confirm that you are.
You need an account to use the Generator. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done through your account. Please give an email address you can access, because your progress, your results and any password reset are tied to it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
One challenge costs a single payment of 19 euros, VAT included, with no subscription and no renewal. That payment covers one full challenge from start to finish: the Think, Plan and Do steps and your Vision Board.
You do not have to finish in one sitting. Your progress is saved as you go, and you can stop and come back as often as you like, logging in as many times as you need, until you complete that challenge. Interrupting the challenge never costs extra and never requires a second payment. Starting an additional, separate challenge later requires a new payment.
Payment is taken before you start, and it is handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
As a consumer in the European Union you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because the Generator is digital content that is made available to you straight away, you are asked at checkout to confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal once your challenge is unlocked. If you give that confirmation and your access is unlocked, the 14 day withdrawal right no longer applies. If you have paid but your access was never unlocked, contact us and we will refund you. You can answer by typing or by speaking. If you choose to speak, your recording is sent to a specialist provider that converts speech to text, and only the text is kept with your answers.
Your written answers are sent to an automated text service that produces your reflections, your canvas summaries and your Vision Board wording. This output is generated by software, is based only on what you tell it, and can be incomplete, generic or simply wrong. Please read it as a prompt for your own thinking and check anything important before acting on it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the answers you give.
The Generator gives general guidance only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax or career advice, and it does not create any professional or advisory relationship between us. If you are in crisis or need professional help, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
We aim to keep the Generator available and your saved work accessible, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may update, improve or change the questions, wording and output over time, including while a challenge of yours is in progress.
The Generator, its questions, its frameworks, its illustrations and its branding belong to Luisa Baltazar Unipessoal Lda. Your own answers remain yours. You may use the output you receive, including your Vision Board, for your personal or internal professional use. You may not resell it, publish it as your own, or copy the Generator's questions, structure or methodology to build or run a similar tool or programme.
Please do not share your access with others, attempt to reach parts of the service that are not meant for you, interfere with how it runs, extract its content in bulk, or use it to submit unlawful or abusive material.
We provide the Generator with reasonable care, and nothing here limits your rights under Portuguese and European consumer law or our liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not responsible for decisions you take based on the output, for lost profit or opportunity, or for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the challenge in question.

We may update these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one published when you paid. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. As a consumer you can also rely on the protections of the law of the country where you live. Disputes may be brought before the competent Portuguese courts, and consumers may instead turn to a Portuguese consumer arbitration centre or to the European Union online dispute resolution platform. Please write to us first, because most things are sorted out quickly by email.
